For new students, programme starts 2.9. from 13-14 in the webinar and
introduction of the course is 11.9. from 14.30-16.00 for everyone

Objective

The student
participates in ethical discussions in multidisciplinary and scientific networks
• act ethically at a high level in palliative care, ensuring the benefit of the patient and his loved ones
• analyzes the multidisciplinary and professional approach in palliative care
• understand the value base of their own discipline and palliative care when participating in multidisciplinary and professional development activities
• evaluates multi professional cooperation in palliative care and defines methods for developing cooperation using methods that support multi professional cooperation
• Develops, organizes and coordinates operating methods in his organization that support multi-professional cooperation, staff well-being at work and skills development
• Understands the importance of working in palliative care expert networks and is committed to coordinating, maintaining and developing networks
• promote the dissemination and utilization of evidence-based information in regional, national multi-professional networks in the social and health sector

Opiskelija:
- Osaa tarkastella ja analysoida perustellen moniammatillisuuden ja monitieteisen tietoperustan merkitystä palliatiivisessa hoidossa. Opiskelija hyödyntää reflektoinnissa kansallista ja kansainvälistä tutkimus- ja asiantuntijatietoa.
- Osaa kuvata oman roolinsa ja vastuunsa moniammatillisen tiimin jäsenenä palliatiivisessa ja saattohoidossa. Tunnistaa toisten tiimin jäsenten ja asiakkaan / potilaan roolin yhteistyössä ja jaetussa päätöksenteossa ihmislähtöistä palliatiivista hoitoa toteutettaessa.
- Osaa laatia suunnitelman moniammatillisen tiimin toiminnasta palliatiivisessa hoidossa, sekä analysoida kriittisesti tiimin toimintaa, sen jäsenten rooleja ja tiimin johtamista. Opiskelija hyödyntää reflektoinnissa kansallista ja kansainvälistä tutkimus- ja asiantuntijatietoa.
- Ymmärtää konfliktien ratkaisutaitojen merkityksen tiimin toiminnalle ja omalle työhyvinvoinnilleen ja osaa soveltaa taitoja kuvatessaan omaa toimintaansa.
- Osaa reflektoida oman asiantuntijuutensa kehittymistä palliatiivisen ja saattohoidon moniammatillisen tiimin jäsenenä.
- Osallistuu aktiivisesti palliatiivisen hoidon verkoston luomiseen ja käy eettisesti korkeatasoista keskustelua sen suunnitteluprosessissa.
