Objective

The student understands the social security benefits associated with rehabilitation.
Students knows rehabilitation of social security and the development of social policy from poor relief to the renegotiation era of a welfare state. The students have familiarized themselves with the entity of Finnish social security policy, the support it offers in the different phases of the human life cycle.

Rehabilitation counselor`s Social Security course the emphasis is to understand the point of view of social rehabilitation.

Satisfactory (1):
The student can name some of the activities in social policy and social security during the different times of life circle.

The student can name some of the Finnish social policy acts in supporting people in different times of life circle.

Satisfactory (2):
The student can see the differences in social policy and social security during the different times of life circle.

The student can classify Finnish social security policy and its possibilities to support people in different times of life circle.
