Objective

The Student:

- Knows theoretical backgrounds of the main forms of group work and group dynamics, and is able to utilize this knowledge in group leading.
- Is familiar with the factors influencing the group's work and is able to utilize this knowledge in group leading.
- Is able to plan and organize group work using creative and functional methods from needs of rehabilitees.
- Is able to use technology and digitalization in the group work.
- Is capable to plan, execute and evaluate rehabilitation by principles of interprofessional collaboration.
- Is able to reflect on her or his own activities.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The Student:
- Apply creative and functional group work methods in rehabilitation work, goal-oriented and Rehabilitee-oriented.
- Practice the ethical principles of social and health care in group leading.
- Justify her or his choices in group leading theoretically.
- Actively submit and apply feedback for the development of her or his group leading skills.
- Reflect on her or his own activities.

Qualifications

The students have an extensive idea on the operation of rehabilitation service system and on related central legislation. The students know the operative forms, actors and customer groups of rehabilitation.
They can consult experts of other fields. They know the basics of education of rehabilitation case management and planing.
