Objective
The students advance and deepen their expertise in a chosen specialisation area through practice in a workplace/community of the specialisation area. They are able to set themselves learning objectives, to actively apply for work in teaching- and development-oriented workplaces/communities, and to evaluate their own progress and development of work. They develop from learners at work into developers and experts of working life. They are able to plan and organise activities. They adopt an initiative- and development-oriented approach, are able to solve problems creatively both independently and in teams, and to make decisions in their work. They are familiar with the basic principles of operation and management in their practical training organisation, and have the abilities needed in management. They know the ways of action of working life and are able to act appropriately in a work community. The students support orientation to working life and employment.
Content
Setting targets for the development of one’s own expertise, finding a practical training placement, work at a workplace approved by the tutoring teacher, make a report.
