Objective
The students master production design and control in a building company and in building projects. They are familiar with the implementation of a project from its launching to delivery.
Content
The content and progress of production management, production design, general schedule, building stage and discipline planning, organization of work, procurement, machine and equipment planning, meetings, occupational safety.
