Objective
The object of the course
Managerial work involves a wide range of situations in which the manager must be able to engage the personnel and facilitate the development of operations using a variety of methods. This course provides capabilities for such situations.

Opintojakso toteutetaan vuorovaikutteisina webinaareina verkossa ja lisäksi järjestetään 3 kontaktia, jotka vaativat läsnäolon viikoilla 37, 43, 48.
Materials
Opintojaksolla esitellyt materiaalit, tietokirjallisuus, tieteelliset artikkelit yms. aiheeseen soveltuva kirjallisuus. Aktiivinen tiedon etsintä monipuolisia lähteitä hyödyntäen.
