Exam schedules

The possible date and method of the exam will be announced in the course opening information.

Completion alternatives

The admission procedures are described in the degree rule and the study guide. The teacher of the course will give you more information on possible specific course practices.

Student workload

One credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of work, which means that the load of five credits is approximately 135 hours. The load is distributed in different ways depending on the course implementation.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory (1-2), the students understand that a problem or phenomenon is chemical.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3-4), the students prove that they master the matters related to work safety and they can solve part of the problems by calculation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5), the students prove that they know the use and the possible risks of chemicals in their own field and they master the matters related to safety at work from the chemicals point of view. The students know how to solve by calculation emission -, legality-, energy production- etc. problems
