You recognise and understand factors that affect leadership and organisational behaviour in various types of organisations and situations. You are able to solve practical problems that relate to leadership and organisational behaviour and develop the leadership and organisational practices of your work community.

Groups and teams in an organisation; group formation, structure, individual in a group, teamworking. Processes in organisations; organisational development, organisation culture. Directing an organisation; leadership, decision-making, power and politicking.
