The object of the course

You understand your capabilities and motivation for leadership work. You are able to work in a team in a collaborative and goal-oriented way.

Good 3
You are able to utilise the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation. You are able to apply theories of leadership and future leadership trends in the assessment of your own management capabilities. You take responsibility for the team’s activities and you know how to organise the team's goal-oriented activities.

Very good 4
You are able to analyse the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation and identify connections between them. You are able to analyse theories of leadership and future leadership trends in the assessment of your own management capabilities. You are able to organise the team’s activities and take responsibility for it.

Osallistuminen dialogitreeneihin, kirjallinen tehtävä (johtavat ajatukset) ja johtajuuden podcast kirjan pohjalta.
