Independent work is timed for the entire course and the student's learning process proceeds as an alternating entity of remote contacts and independent work.

Objective

Opiskelija osaa käyttää työssään Lapset Puheeksi-menetelmän lokikirjaa ja keskustella perheiden kanssa voimavaralähtöisesti. Hän osaa järjestää Lapset puheeksi neuvonpidon ja toimia siinä moniammatillisen työryhmän jäsenenä tai vetäjänä. Opiskelija osaa keskustella perheiden kanssa lasten kehityksestä ja kehitysympäristöjen merkityksestä lapsen kasvulle ja hyvinvoinnille. . Opiskelija osaa kartoittaa keskeiset toimijat lapsen ja perheen elämässä ja toimia moniammatillisessa yhteistyössä perheen tarpeiden mukaisesti.

Lapset puheeksi-menetelmään tutustuminen ja opetteleminen. Oma-aloitteinen toiminta moniammatillisessa yhteistyössä. Palvelujen ja eri toimijoiden yhteistyön saumattomuus perheen näkökulmasta.

You can use the Let´s talk about children log books and support the family in the Let´s talk about children-process.

You are able to discuss with families about child´s development and you recognize the importance of developmental environments for child´s growth and well-being.

You demonstrate an understanding of the determinants of inclusion and support for family involvement in the Let´s talk about children-process.

You demonstrate that you recognize the key players in family life in different services.

Qualifications

Opiskelija hahmottaa perheiden terveyden edistämisen tavoitteita ja menetelmiä lapsiperheiden palveluiden kentässä. Opiskelijalla on ymmärrys sivistys-, sosiaali- ja terveysalan moniammatillisesta yhteistyöstä.
