You acquire knowledge related to the management of business processes and recognize different kinds of theories and methods. You identify the company’s core processes and understand the impact of business process management on the performance and competitive position of the organization. You understand the economic, profitable and socially responsible aspects as well as the customer aspect of business processes. You recognize the impact of knowledge and new technologies on leadership that develops business processes.

You are able to present knowledge related to business process management as well as different kinds of theories and methods. You are able to name perspectives related to the financial performance, profitability, social responsibility and customer orientation of business processes.
