You understand the principles of the public-private partnership of services and the administrative procedure for the production and management of services. You will recognise the principles and working methods of long-term service partnership at a basic level. Evaluate the legal aspects of service production in a client-oriented and ethically sustainable way. You know the principles of good governance. You make use of source material in your arguments, but the analysis is very one-sided.

You apply the legal principles of service provision and management in your context and limit your analysis to selected legal issues in social and health services. You will be able to act in accordance with the principles of good governance and justify your actions. You will use source material in your reasoning, and your analysis will be multifaceted, logical, analytical and innovative.
