In this course you will learn how to use Windows management tools and monitoring tools effectively. You will be able to diagnose and solve common problems on Windows workstations. You will learn how to set permissions and manage security in a Windows environment. This course will give you the skills to manage Windows workstations in a professional and secure way.

You know the basic features of the Windows operating system and know how to use most of the key management and monitoring tools. You can perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving, but you may need guidance in more complex situations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Good (3)
You have a deep understanding of the operation of the Windows operating system and know how to make versatile use of management and monitoring tools. Problem solving and troubleshooting work is performed independently in the most common situations.
Very good (4)
You know how to effectively manage and monitor a Windows workstation, take into account information security practices, and troubleshoot even more complex problems.
