Objective

The object of the course
Digitalisation and technological transformation affect every organisation and shape the HR field. Work is carried out by means of digital applications, and information is managed and analysed in support of decision-making with the aim of making the processes smooth-running, efficient and productive. Processes are automated and probabilities are predicted with the help of robotics. Digitalisation creates better quality, efficiency and customer value.
