In the beginning of the course, we study and practice working life interaction situations. The presentations of the group assignment take place at the end of the course. The portfolio is a learning assignment that serves as a proof of competence in the end of the course.

The object of the course is that you understand the significance of a supervisor’s interaction skills as a success factor for organizations and are able to develop interaction within the work community in a variety of situations.

Active participation in weekly classroom teaching. Demo exercises are done in the contact lessons.
Group assignment (groups are formed in the beginning of the course with teacher's support).
Individual working (preparation for contact lessons and graded learning assignment, portfolio).
Guidance is available after each contact lesson.
Employer connections
The exercises in the contact lessons and learning assignments of the course are based on working life situations. The course also has changing visiting lecturers.
