Objective
The object of the course
The course gives you tools for your studies. You will learn how to search for high-quality information from a wide variety of information sources. You will learn to use these sources in various learning tasks. After the course, you will be able to apply Jamk's reporting guidelines and follow the ethical principles in reporting.

Teaching methods
Face-to-face implementation
Flipped learning. Workshops and lectures. Meetings as scheduled.
The enrolled students will have access to the workspace on Moodle some time before the first meeting. Dates, times and venue:

After studying the materials on the workspace, the student completes the related exercises and prepares the assignment (= exam paper).
Completion of the course requires participation in the lectures and completion of exercises and the assignment.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and online generators in general is allowed only with creating in-text citations and references.
Exam schedules
The course commences with a library section, encompassing the study of materials, information retrieval, and assignments. The Reporting segment involves the completion of 2-3 exercises and an assignment (exam paper).
