The object of the course
Managerial work involves a wide range of situations in which the manager must be able to engage the personnel and facilitate the development of operations using a variety of methods. This course provides capabilities for such situations.

Attendance will be checked three weeks after the start of the implementation. The orientation task must be completed.
Participation in webinars requires the ability to interact, i.e. a working camera and microphone.
