Objective

Ohjatun harjoittelun suoritettuaan opiskelija tuntee ammattiopintojen kannalta keskeiset käytännön työtehtävät sekä osaa soveltaa tietojaan ja taitojaan työelämään. Opiskelija ymmärtää organisaation toiminnan perusasiat ja siihen liittyvät asiat kuten esim. taloudelliset realiteetit ja työelämän lainalaisuudet. Harjoitteluissa ohjaajina toimivat työelämän ja oppilaitoksen edustajat avustavat opiskelijaa saavuttamaan tavoitteensa.
Opiskelija asettaa harjoittelulleen työtehtäviensä mukaiset tavoitteet yhdessä ohjaajien kanssa. Opiskelija palauttaa tavoitteet sekä lyhyen raportin harjoittelujaksosta. Raportissa tulee mm. analysoida harjoittelun oppimistavoitteiden saavuttamista. Nämä ovat opintojakson perustehtävät.

Location and time

Completing a traineeship involves a period of work in the workplace and reporting back to the school on the tasks and learning objectives. The minimum duration of the traineeship must be 6 calendar weeks in the case of full-time work five days a week. The traineeship is broadly open to all types of work in the construction sector and there are no specific requirements for the workplace.

Teaching methods

The theme of the construction traineeship is the work community. You will learn how to understand a company as a working community, how to work as a member of it, how to network and how to make contacts in the working world. You will learn about the different stages of the job search process and how to use work experience in career and study plans. You know the tools, working methods, equipment and software used in the construction sector and are familiar with key safety requirements. Understand the relevance of theory to practical work. You have good oral and written reporting skills.

Completion of the traineeship involves a period of work in the workplace and reporting back to the school on tasks and learning objectives.

The duration of the traineeship must be at least 6 calendar weeks in the case of full-time work five days a week.

Hyväksytty: Opiskelija tunnistaa kaikki osaamistavoitteissa kuvatut asiat, ymmärtää niiden merkityksen ja hän osaa suorittaa opintojakson tavoitteiden mukaiset perustehtävät.

Pass: The completed internship report will be evaluated on a pass/fail scale. The approved report must comply with the internship reporting guidelines.
