The object of the course
After completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.

Course competences
Business Competence: The student has a broad-based understanding of the business (marketing, services, management, finances, law, etc.). The student knows the central theories related to this specialization option. The student possess at least an advanced beginner's skills in the practical tasks of the specialization option.
Learning to learn: Student assesses and develops his/her competence and learning methods in different learning environments.

The assessment methods for the course are: Self-assessment of one's own competence related to the covered theme, The evaluation of competence and the course grade are based on the assignments of the course. Participation in dialogue exercises, a written assignment, and involvement in the project.
