Objective
The student knows how to plan, implement and lead projects to improve the quality of various production processes. He knows how to choose and use the necessary development tools and techniques.
Content
Comprehensive quality management (TQM) and related quality thinking, quality improvement tools and risk analyses. Lean basics. Six Sigma.
Materials
Material of the learning environment (Moodle).
Teaching methods
E-learning (Moodle). Studying independent of time and place.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Assessment is based on learning tasks.
Rejected learning tasks can be refined/corrected no more than once.
Accepted: The student has mastered the key subjects at least satisfactorily:
- knows how to plan, implement and lead projects to improve the quality of various production processes
- knows how to choose and use the most important development tools and techniques (quality improvement tools: systematic problem solving methods, FMEA, Lean)
Rejected: You don't know the basics or the terminology. You have significant deficiencies in understanding key problem-solving techniques and related thinking, and in solving simple problems using different quality techniques.
