Content scheduling
During the themes, group work will be done in webinars and debriefing discussions related to the themes will be held, in which participation is obligatory.
The first task of the course must be submitted no later than three weeks after starting from the start date of the course.
Objective
The object of the course
After completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.
Course competences
Business Competence: The student has a broad-based understanding of the business (marketing, services, management, finances, law, etc.). The student knows the central theories related to this specialization option. The student possess at least an advanced beginner's skills in the practical tasks of the specialization option.
Learning to learn: Student assesses and develops his/her competence and learning methods in different learning environments.

You are familiar with theories of leadership and future leadership trends. You recognise your capabilities and motivation for leadership work. You take responsibility for your own working. Content
In this course, you will familiarize yourself with the development of management theories and the current aspects of leadership. You will learn the basic concepts of management and leadership and identify your own capabilities and motivation for managerial work.
