Monitieteinen lähestymistapa uneen ja palautumiseen -opintojaksolla perehdytään siihen, miksi uni on meille tärkeää. Opintojakson avulla ymmärrät unen merkityksen hyvinvoinnille ja opiskelu- sekä työkyvylle. Opintojaksolla hyödynnetään erilaisia itsenäisen opiskelun menetelmiä, jotka edistävät opiskeltavien asioiden oppimista.

A multidisciplinary approach to sleep and recovery This course will explore why sleep and recovery are important to us. The course will help you understand the different stages of sleep and the importance of sleep and recovery for well-being, learning and work.
