Objective

Object of the course:
The knowledge and skills you get on this course you will need in order to design reinforced concrete structures of the common grade buildings, as well as you know the essentials of manufacturing and installing reinforced concrete structures.
Course competences:
- Mathematic and Natural science competence
- Technological competence
The learning objectives of the course:
You can tell about the structural properties of reinforced concrete and construction products made of reinforced concrete and their use. You know how to design reinforced concrete structures with a normal complexity class at ultimate-state- and service-state, including fire measurement.
These are also the basic tasks of the course.

Reinforced concrete as structural material, Dimensioning of components: beams, pillars, slabs, joints of components.

Excellent ( 5 ): In addition to previous skills, the student shows deep knowledge of course contents as well as ability to parse and wider analyze the influences of solutions.
