Teaching methods

This is a multimode implementation, so the emphasis is on independent study. In the learning environment, students study using video lectures, videos and written material. Contact classes are used for assignments and practical work in the course content. The student receives feedback on each completed assignment.

Employer connections

In the course, a cultivation plan, a crop rotation plan, a machine chain plan and financial calculations are made, which can be done either for a model farm or for a real farm.
The course includes a study trip.

Student workload

The course covers 216 hours of student work. 32 hours of this are devoted to contact teaching and study trip, the rest being spent on independent study.
