Content scheduling
During the course, theme-specific introductions at classroom sessions, independent and group study will alternate.
Additionally, learning tasks will be completed throughout the duration of the course according to the schedule which will be announced at the beginning of the spring term.
The personal final assignment is built along the course based on theme specific assignments and final reflection at the end of the course.
Attendees will be checked within three weeks of the start of the implementation, and securing a study place on the course requires approved completion of the orientation assignment.
Objective
After completing the course you understand the content and significance of human resource management from the perspective of managerial work and organizational performance. You can apply the knowledge in the field of tourism leading to profitable business and well-being of the personnel. You reflect your potential or achieved readiness in management role, share experiences and develop skills and understanding further.

Teaching methods
The teaching during the course will proceed by themes.
Introduction lectures to the themes and learning assignments.
Independent study and theme-specific individual and/or group work learning assignments.
Group discussions and peer learning in the lectures/classroom learning.

The grade for the course is based on the personal final assignment.
Exam schedules
The theme-specific learning assignments and/or group work must be completed and returned during the course.
The personal final assignment is scheduled to be returned on 15h of March 2026.
The retake of the final personal learning assignment is possible on 17th of April 2026 and 15th of May 2026.
