Teaching methods

You start the course by completing a preliminary orientation assignment. In the Moodle workspace, you will see the topics of the webinars and a more detailed timetable, which you can use to schedule your independent work. During the course, you will complete the pre-assignment before each webinar and return it within the timeframe indicated in the instructions.

In the webinars (e-learning), you will learn about the rehabilitation service system as a whole and the different aspects of it, as well as about social security during rehabilitation through discussions, expert lectures and small group work.

You will also familiarise yourself with the concepts of social security and the rehabilitation service system by completing an independent exercise in Moodle.

In the group assignment, you will search for, describe and present information on rehabilitation service systems and the different forms of support available in social security during rehabilitation that is appropriate to the situation of the case client.

The webinars will create the conditions and basis for group work. All webinars must be attended. The webinars will be accompanied by time for group work. In the groups, each member is responsible for his/her own work, so you should contribute equally to your group and be an active member of your group, also during the independent work.

In the webinars you will receive guidance and support for your work and progress on the course. If necessary, you can also communicate with your teachers via the Moodle discussion area.
