Objective
The object of the course
The purpose of the course is that you understand the significance of supervisory work and team leadership as success factors in organizations and are able to develop team leadership.
Course competences
Business competence: The student knows the central theories related to this specialisation option.
Learning to learn: The student also takes responsibility for group learning and sharing what has been learned.
Operating in a workplace: The student is able to work constructively in a work community and promotes their own and their work community’s wellbeing.

You are able to take responsibility for your own actions and take others into account and share what you have learned in group work during the course. You are able to create illustrative documents related to the course contents.

In this course, you will learn to understand the position and responsibility of the supervisor and the impact of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You will learn to identify the areas of supervisory work comprehensively from different perspectives and learn to describe your view of human and your leadership style.
