Objective
Course Purpose:
In this course, you will develop your competence in guiding the learning process by planning, implementing, and assessing an instructional unit that best promotes your pedagogical development. You will identify your personal theory-in-use related to learning guidance and apply it in your practice in diverse vocational learning environments with varied learners.
