Objective

The student is able to identify typical stages of a project and is able to act in these stages. He/she is able to produce a project plan, implement a project and produce a project report. Upon completion of the course, the student is also able be a project team member in different roles and has understanding of project management tools and competences required to manage a project.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

5 (Excellent) Student demonstrates development of project management, planning and reporting skills and thorough understanding of project processes, phases and their features. Successful implementation and closure of a project as well as project work related tasks with a can-do attitude. Excellent team working skills and ability to do analysis on completed project in an advanced level. Tasks and assignments are completed with excellent quality in given times.

4 (Very Good): Student demonstrates development of project management, planning and reporting skills. He/she is able to identify features of the different phases of a project and is able to apply these skills well in actual project. He/she is able to identify the typical stages of a project and is able to act in different stages. He/she has very good team working skills and can-do attitude ability to do analysis on completed project in a good level. Tasks and assignments are completed with excellent quality in given times.

3 (Good): Student demonstrates development of project management, planning and reporting skills. He/she is able to identify features of the different phases of a project and is able to apply these skills in actual project. He/she is able to identify the typical stages of a project. He/she has good team working skills and positive attitude and he/she can do analysis on a completed projects on a good level. Tasks and assignments are completed with good quality in given times.

2 (Satisfactory): Student demonstrates some development in project management, planning and reporting skills. He/she is able to identify the different stages of projects in a satisfactory manner and is able to take part in practical project team. Tasks and assignments are completed in given times

1 (Sufficient) Student is able to identify project stages, complete relevant tasks and demonstrates ability to participate in team work in a practical project team. Tasks and assignments are completed in given times.


If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).
