Objective
The student will be able to create a commercially feasible career plan and has a realistic goal setting for the academic career path as well. He is able to evaluate and analyse the critical success factors for both careers.
Content
Personal branding and productisation
Personal job application plan and creation of personal portfolio.

Qualifications
The module can be included to elective studies in every Degree Programme at JAMK but must be approved by the tutor teacher or study coordinator before starting them. The student can choose to take 1-3 courses from the module and they should be completed in the recommended order.
