Content scheduling

Every module opens for 1-2 weeks. During that timeframe the students are able to accomplish the tasks.

Teaching methods

This course is conducted online. The course has different study modules that are scheduled to be opened. You will familiarize with the subject and accomplish the assignments related to the subject. They mostly include individual tasks but also requires group based work. There are also some webinars that are to be recorded for further use. Peer-evaluation is used to give wider understanding of the subjects.

Exam schedules

Multiple choice exam with two retakes. The exam follows the certificate exam procedures. The dates will be defined jan-2021 in a start-up info.

Completion alternatives

You have the right to apply for recognition of your studies if you have prior learning (e.g. university studies completed elsewhere) that can be accredited towards the degree you are currently completing.

The recognition of prior learning is possible in three primary ways: accreditation (replacement or inclusion), recognition of informal learning and studification. More precise info: JAMK Degree Regulations, section 17.

An exam corresponding to the ISTQB Foundation level, Agile tester, certification (certification not included), 20h
