Objective
The students are able to guide and evaluate individual learning processes in individual and group situations.
They are able to plan and implement learning situations that are interesting from the standpoint of learning goals, and evaluate the reaching of the goals.
The students reflect on their own activity as teachers
Content
The basic questions of teaching planning. The fundamentals of guidance and evaluation and their various activity habits.

Opiskelija tuntee oppimisen ohjaamisen ja arvioinnin lähtökohdat ja menetelmät ja osaa tuoda esille, mitä ne tarkoittavat hänen omassa opetuksessaan.
Opiskelija kykenee eettisesti vastuulliseen ja oppimistavoitteiden kannalta myönteiseen vuorovaikutukseen.
Opiskelija arvioi realistisesti toimintaansa oppimisen ohjaajana ja asettaa itselleen uusia tavoitteita.

Qualifications
The students are able to examine the teacher's work in a broad manner especially that in the music field and are able to build their own reasons and conscious concepts of the teacher profession's nature and professional identity as well as understanding the teacher profession's ethical and enterprising character.
The students are able to follow in their own teaching field conversations about content and pedagogy and developmental conversations.
The students are able to evaluate from the standpoint of diverse learning concetps the pedagogial departure points of their own teaching work and are able to build consciously and fundamentally their own teaching work's practical theory.
The students use the field's teaching plans as point of departure for their own teaching plans and their implementation.
