Objective
In this course you learn how to expand your movement self-awareness, body awareness and movement language through creative movement and improvisation.
You will be introduced to embodied functional methods, and you deepen your ability to be present.
You understand how movement and dance are used to support self-expression, creativity and education.
You will be able to create movement-based learning situations and experiential productions in different communities.
Content
The main content of the course is creative movement, dance and improvisation.
During the course you will learn about body awareness and mindfulness work.
During the course you will learn about different relaxation, breathing, body awareness and imagery exercises.

Oppimateriaali on kurssilla jaettavaa materiaali sekä sähköisesti saavutettavaa materiaalia.
Teaching methods
Kurssilla osallistut aktiivisesti lähiopetukseen ja perehdyt jaettuun sähköiseen oppimateriaaliin ja oppimistehtäviin. Lähiopetus pitää sisällään toiminnallisia oppimistehtäviä ja luentoja.
