Objective
The student understands what by-products of biomasses mean. The student knows the main principles of calculating the regional biomass by-product potentials in Finland. After the course, the student is able to utilize the available calculation software for dimensioning the inputs and outputs of the heating plant and biogas plant.
Content
- The by-products of typical local biomasses
- Principles of defining the regional biomass potentials
- Plan for the use of the biorefinery, heating plant or biogas plant final products by a region
