Student
- Understands the importance of usability and user-centeredness in work environments
- Know user-centered work environments consisting of facilities and real estate- and user services
- knows the concepts usability, user-orientation, user-centeredness and the concepts of real estate business
- knows the factors to consider when designing user-oriented spaces
