Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The learning outcomes of the course are assessed in relation to the learning objectives based on the knowledge, skills and general competencies (National and European Qualifications Framework, level 6).

- Identify the importance of the space for the user as an operating environment
- is familiar with concepts of spaces
-Is familiar with concepts of real estate business
- Identify the usability and user-centric factors of the operating environment
- is familiar with the real estate and user services

2 (satisfactory)
Student
- Understands the importance of usability and user-centeredness in work environments
- Know user-centered work environments consisting of facilities and real estate- and user services
- knows the concepts usability, user-orientation, user-centeredness and the concepts of real estate business
- knows the factors to consider when designing user-oriented spaces

In addition to the core competence required for grades 1 and 2, the student meets the below requirements and is able to apply the acquired learning in practice.

- is able to describe the basic qualities of user-oriented spaces and apply his or her competence in the development of spaces
