Objective
The student is familiar with the legislation regulating occupational well-being. The student knows the central concepts included in occupational well-being. The student knows the basics of good ergonomics and the load factors of their own professional field. The student is able to maintain physical, psychic and social welfare of her own and work society during the studies and in working life. The student is able to supervise her own occupational well-being. The student knows the responsibilities, rights and duties of the employer and employee. The student understands the requirements of the transition from studies to working life.
Content
The sectors and legislation of the occupational well-being. The physical and psychic stress of the work and recovery from stress. A good ergonomy. Promotion and leading occupational well-being of your own and your work society. The responsibilities, rights and duties of the employer and employee. Transfer from studies to working life, the demands and the structures of working life.

The student is able to diversely examine occupational well-being especially from the individual perspective. The student knows the principles of a good ergonomics and the loading factors of her own professional field. The student understands the central principles for promoting and leading her own occupational well-being. The student knows the responsibilities, rights and duties of the employer and employee and the requirements and principles of the working life.
Qualifications
Experience of work community, as a worker or in practical training.
