EA-ER EUR-ACE Engineering practice: Students know how to identify needs in customer-service situations and services and know how to develop these into product opportunities (or business opportunities)

EA-TR EUR-ACE Transferable skills: Students are aware of internal entrepreneurship, becoming an entrepreneur and the significance of entrepreneurship and innovations in society

YHTYR Entrepreneurship skills/YHTTY Working life skills:
Students demonstrate an ability to manage themselves in an entrepreneur-like way in a customer-oriented group.

Content

The JAMK Innovation Week is an intensive course. During week the students are not able to participate to other courses. During the JAMK Innovation week, the students are solving real working life problems in multidisciplinary student teams by Design Thinking method. According the method the students will focus to the both customer and business cases. The result of course is tested concept.

The material will be published in Optima learning platform.

Personal learning assignment and group work.

Student workload

Guided learning 40 h, independent self study 14 h. Total 54 h.
