The student understands the role of forwarding as a part of the international supply chain.

The role of forwarding as a part of the logistics chain in the international trade, the main definitions of forwarding, tasks and duties of a forwarder, international contracts, main documents in forwarding, trade in EU and non-EU, customs clearance, statistics
