Objective

After the course student:

• Can master and develop different social guidance work orientations in their own work
• Is familiar with impact research and is able to evaluate the effectiveness of different methods
• Is able to independently design and critically analyse the evaluation process in client work

Content

Core content

• Current scientific research and concepts in the field of social care, service structures and digitalization, client- and service management 
• Multi-professionalism and multidisciplinarity 
• Contemporary work orientations of encounter and empowerment: empowerment work, inclusion and justice work, technology/robotics, anti-racist work, etc.
