Tavoitteet

Upon the completion of the course a student is able to
- interpret and analyze complex business issues related to entertainment and sport business, artist management and athlete management from multiple perspectives and critically review academic literature and other relevant information sources
- work effectively within a multicultural team environment demonstrating teambuilding and intercultural communication skills.

Sisältö

The course offers essential knowledge of the nature and different forms of managerial activities.The student is able to apply different tools in legal, marketing, fundraising and financial functions required sport and entertainment business.

Opetusmenetelmät

This module will start out with lectures to introduce the reality faced by the professional managers. Seminars will be concentrating on research in groups and it will be required leading to a case study with a presentation.
