Osaamistavoitteet

Upon the completion of the course a student is able to
- interpret and analyze complex business issues related to entertainment and sport business, artist management and athlete management from multiple perspectives and critically review academic literature and other relevant information sources
- work effectively within a multicultural team environment demonstrating teambuilding and intercultural communication skills.

Sisältö

The course offers essential knowledge of the nature and different forms of managerial activities.The student is able to apply different tools in legal, marketing, fundraising and financial functions required sport and entertainment business.

Intellectual Skills: Student shows very good ability in finding, selecting and evaluating reference literature and utilizes those findings relatively well in interpreting and justifying business issues.
Practical Skills: The student is able to operate smoothly within a multicultural team environment and has very good team-building skills and very good intercultural communication skills.
