Objective

The object of the course
You are able to communicate responsibly and effectively in English through oral, written and digital formats in academic and professional contexts. You are able to demonstrate intercultural teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. You are able to reflect upon and deepen your teammates learning in order to recognize their strengths to support their career development.

The learning objectives of the course
You have gained deeper insights into your own managerial style and role via in-course group works and project work. These skills primarily aim to prepare you to face the real-life managerial challenges in business settings and explore viable solutions to them.

Sufficient 1
You are able to identify project stages, complete relevant tasks and demonstrates ability to participate in teamwork in a practical project team. Tasks and assignments are completed in given times.

Satisfactory 2
You demonstrate development in project management, planning and reporting skills. You are able to identify the different stages of projects in a satisfactory manner and you are able to take part in practical project team. Tasks and assignments are completed in given times.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good 3
You demonstrate development of project management, planning and reporting skills. You are able to identify features of the different phases of a project and are able to apply these skills in actual project. You are able to identify the typical stages of a project. You have good team working skills and positive attitude and you can do analysis on a completed project on a good level. Tasks and assignments are completed with good quality in given times.

Very Good 4
You demonstrate development of project management, planning and reporting skills. You are able to identify features of the different phases of a project and are able to apply these skills well in actual project. You are able to identify the typical stages of a project and are able to act in different stages. You have very good team working skills and can-do attitude ability to do analysis on completed project in a good level. Tasks and assignments are completed with excellent quality in given times.

You demonstrate development of project management, planning and reporting skills and thorough understanding of project processes, phases and their features. Successful implementation and closure of a project as well as project work related tasks with a can-do attitude.
