Object of the Course
After completing the course, you will be able to systematically lead and develop a brand as a tool in business.

Competencies of the Course

Business competence. The students have a broad-based understanding of the business (marketing, services, management, finances, law, etc.).

Proactive Development. The students are able to apply existing knowledge in the field in development and utilise research and development methods.

Learning Objectives of the Course

In this course, you will delve into how a brand can create value for customers and a competitive advantage for the company. You will become familiar with key theories and concepts related to brand management and understand their significance. You will grasp the strategic importance of brand building in a company's business. You will be capable of producing brand analyses and constructing a brand strategy to enhance brand value. You will understand the importance of consistent and distinctive brand management and be able to implement a brand-building program effectively, responsibly, and in compliance with legal requirements.

Content

Key themes covered in the course include brand analyses, brand identity and image, brand positioning, the brand-building process, brand architecture, monitoring the effectiveness and impact of brand marketing using various brand metrics, and brand management.

During the course, you will have access to tools for measuring and building a brand, which will enable you to develop strategic business initiatives responsibly.

You understand the main concepts, theories and methods of brand management and you are able to describe the implementation with them. You address the topic from different points of view.
