Objective

This course is particularly important because it provides you with essential expertise in the design and analysis of intelligent electrical systems, while emphasizing the perspective of sustainable development. In today's world, intelligent electrical systems are crucial in electric motor drives, electric vehicle charging, solar panel systems, and distributed energy production.

You are capable of designing and analyzing intelligent electrical systems, such as electric vehicle charging systems, solar power systems, controlled electric motor drives, and distributed energy generation solutions. You are familiar with the technical solutions used in these systems. You also understand safety considerations, regulatory requirements, and environmental aspects.

You have a basic understanding and appreciation of the technical solutions, safety, regulatory and environmental aspects that need to be taken into account when designing smart electricity systems. You still need guidance and support in the design of intelligent electrical systems.

Satisfactory (2):
You have a basic understanding of technical solutions, safety aspects, regulatory requirements and environmental considerations and are able to apply this knowledge to simple tasks in the design of intelligent electrical systems, but need guidance and support in applying this knowledge in more demanding situations.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3):
You have a good understanding of technical solutions, safety aspects, regulatory requirements and environmental considerations, and are able to apply this knowledge to a variety of design tasks. You are able to design and apply intelligent electronic systems solutions independently in most situations.

Very good (4):
You are able to design and apply intelligent electronic systems solutions independently and accurately. You have an in-depth understanding of technical solutions, safety aspects, regulatory requirements and environmental considerations and are able to apply this knowledge in a variety of situations.
