The object of the course
You learn to plan data center services using best practices of the industry

The learning objectives of the course
You know the prevailing guidelines, regulations and criterion for data center industry. You can apply these when designing data center services. You can retrieve information of the these requirements and understands how they affect the production of data center services from the perspective of a business.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Sufficient 1: The student knows what requirements there are for data center businesses. The student knows where to find these requirements.

Satisfactory 2: The student understand how the requirements for a data center business affect the planning. The student is able to use the requirements as general guidelines.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good 3: The student understands how the requirements for a data center affect the business model and service production and what is required to plan a data center.

Very good 4: The student can compare different requirements for a data center and understands how to apply them to data center planning phase for efficient service production.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent 5: The student can cross-reference the data center business requirements and apply them to planning a fully compliant and efficient data center that can sustain its operation.
