Objective
Purpose of the course
In this course, you will understand the importance of promoting mental health in different life situations. You will gain skills for early identification of mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders, as well as for planning the patient's overall treatment. In addition, you will familiarize yourself with the most common mental health disorders, substance abuse disorders and the basics of crisis care work. The course strengthens your professional ethics and your self-reflection skills.

Guidance and interaction skills and self-care support: able to plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based guidance that supports client/patient adherence to treatment and self-care
Knowledge of health promotion: supports the recognition and empowerment of clients/patients' own resources
