Objective

During the internship module, you'll apply your learned knowledge and skills in real-world customer projects, deepening your understanding of the importance of learning and its reflection as enhancers of professional expertise. You'll learn to work in multidisciplinary teams, facing genuine practical challenges and extensive development tasks.

Skills developed include analyzing and improving your practical abilities, setting personal development goals, and evaluating your team contributions. You'll gain expertise in conducting professional work in real-world projects, developing operations from a customer-centric perspective, and learning about business and entrepreneurship. Recognizing the importance of ethics and sustainability in business, you'll understand and apply sustainable practices and evaluate environmental changes, aiming for future-oriented business development. This module aims to enable you to set and evaluate professional development goals, deepen your workplace competencies in real situations and teams, gain industry-specific knowledge, understand comprehensive business development and implementation, share internship learnings and skills with the team, and reflect on your competence through writing and dialogue, taking responsibility for your learning and actions.

Content

Module 1: Learning - Learn to operate goal-orientedly in a business environment and project team, take responsibility, and contribute to development. Analyze your and your team's development, guide your growth process, and encourage teammates to develop their skills.

Module 2: Teamwork - Understand and act according to the basics of teamwork and being a team member, enhance team experience, performance, and progress towards goals, being an inspiring and supportive teammate.

Module 3: Service Production - Apply theoretical and practical knowledge of customer experience and service to your internship, developing your and the customer's encounter goals. Learn to productize services and products for different target groups.

Module 4: Marketing & Sales - Conduct marketing activities with goals, measure and analyze outcomes, implement sales psychology and theories, aiming and analyzing your sales tasks with a development approach.

Module 5: Management - Lead your work, projects, and teammates, recognizing your leadership strengths and areas for improvement, applying leadership theories and practices successfully in work projects.

Module 6: Team Entrepreneurship - Demonstrate understanding of team entrepreneurship theoretically and practically. Work on a project to build foundational skills like business understanding, profitability, customer experience, and branding collaboratively and responsibly.
