Objectives

Purpose of the course
After completing the course, you will be able to evaluate the factors that affect the welfare of most important farm animals. You are able to determine the impact of conditions and the environment on different farm animals according to their production stage and natural needs. You know the basics of animal behavior. You know the laws and regulations governing animal welfare. You know the criteria for assessing well-being.
