Learning materials and recommended literature

- lecture materials
- notes
- material published or linked on the online platform of the course

Teaching methods

The course is divided into two parts: building design 3 credits and computer-aided documentation of building permit drawings 2 credits.

Building design

The course is implemented both as face-to-face teaching and partly as an online implementation. In face-to-face teaching of building design, the focus is primarily on guiding and going through practice tasks. The online lectures on the moodle platform are accessed independently according to the progress of the course. The course also requires self-directed work in addition to the weekly contact teaching hours.

A Moodle test for the theory part of building design.

Building block documentation

Own building design plans are documented with computer assistance. Implementation in guidance classes, where everyone works on their own plan.

Student workload

- face-to-face teaching 28 h
- independent work 107 h (includes working on own plan in the next few days, working on computer-assisted documentation)
- a total of 135 h

Further information for students

- building design Moodle exam (passed/failed)
- the content of the building plan (weighting 3/5), evaluated on a scale of 0-5
- building permit documentation (weighting 2/5), evaluated on a scale of 0-5

Participation in teaching is taken into account in the evaluation. Attendance records are kept.

Evaluation scale

Learning materials and recommended literature

- luentoaineistot
- muistiinpanot
- opintojakson verkkoalustalla julkaistava tai linkitetty aineisto

Teaching methods

Opintojakso on jaettu kahteen osasuoritukseen: rakennussuunnittelu 3 op ja rakennuslupapiirustusten tietokoneavusteinen dokumentointi 2 op.

Rakennussuunnittelu

Opintojakso toteutetaan sekä lähiopetuksena että osin verkkototeutuksena. Rakennussuunnittelun lähiopetuksessa keskitytään ensisijaisesti harjoitustehtävien ohjaukseen ja läpikäymiseen. Verkossa moodle-alustalla oleviin luentoihin tutustutaan omatoimisesti opintojakson etenemisen mukaisesti. Opintojakso edellyttää myös omatoimista työskentelyä viikoittaisten lähiopetusaikojen lisäksi.

Rakennussuunnittelun teoriaosuudesta näyttökoe moodle kokeena.

Rakennsulupadokumentaatio

Omat rakennussuunnittelun suunnitelmat dokumentoidaan tietokoneavusteisesti. Toteutus ohjaustunnein, joissa jokainen työstää omaa suunnitelmaansa.

Student workload

- lähiopetus 45 h
- itsenäinen työskentely 90 h (sisältää oman suunnitelman työstämistä lähipäivien välisenä aikana, tietokoneavusteisen dokumentaation työstämistä)

Further information for students

- rakennussuunnittelun moodle tentti (hyväksytty/hylätty)
- rakennussuunnitelman sisältö (painotus 3/5), arvioidaan asteikolla 0-5
- rakennuslupadokumentaatio (painotus 2/5), arvioidaan asteikolla 0-5
