You understand the basics of planning, management, consulting and evaluation in a networked and multi-disciplinary client work. You make unilateral use of the knowledge base in your reasoning. You understand the rationale and starting points for development work.

Satisfactory (2)

You understand and can specify the principles of planning, management, consultation and evaluation in networked and multidisciplinary client work. You use and apply the knowledge base in your reasoning based on sources. Understand and apply the rationale and starting points for development work.

Good (3)

You can apply and analyse the principles of planning, management, consultancy and evaluation in networked and multidisciplinary client work. In your reasoning, you critically analyse the knowledge base based on multiple sources. You will demonstrate an understanding of proactive development and be able to apply development methods in your work.

You are able to apply, analyse and critically evaluate management, consultancy and evaluation approaches in networked and multi-disciplinary client work. You use a strong knowledge base in your reasoning and are able to critically evaluate it. You can apply, analyse, critically evaluate and produce new knowledge from the perspectives of management, consulting and evaluation in networked and multidisciplinary client work. You will use a strong knowledge base in your reasoning and be able to critically evaluate it. You will demonstrate an understanding of proactive development and be able to apply development methods in your work, lead development and evaluate it. You will also bring new perspectives to networked and multidisciplinary client work.
